Squares, squares everywhere!!!

Hi All,

I hope you enjoyed the two shows on Sunday! There are so many things you can do with a square template, Nicola hasn't even touched the surface yet.

I thought I would put together a little gallery of the samples made so far.

I hope you love them as much as we do.

This stunning quilt is known as The Show Stopper, because that is exactly what it is. The quilt took Nicola a long time to put together, she played with different colours and patterns, and I think you will agree the end quilt is amazing.

This beautiful Pink Heart Quilt would give anyone a lovely quilty hug.

This is the Heart Crib Quilt I made up for Nicola. By using an array of colours, this could easily be used for either a boy or a girl.

This quilt was made by myself, Nicola and Nicola's lovely Mum, using our different coloured scraps, and the 2 1/2" Square template.

A really useful, and beautiful storage box.

This is the new Tree House Box pattern. Loving the turquoise and aqua.

This shadow design creates a great effect, on the front......

and on the back!

This design uses the idea of a Polaroid photograph to frame a piece of fabric, or a special photo printed onto fabric.

Nicola sewed together some of her scraps, and created this.....

some lovely place-mats.

Last, but not least The Bucket Bag (sorry 'Bouquet' Bag!!). I can't wait to use this for my first picnic of the year.

I hope you have found some inspiration to make your own projects using the Square Templates.

Please post your photos on the Daisy and Grace Quilters group page in Facebook.

Take care, and Happy Sewing.
